Our cook&grill firetable COMPLETE SET with serving ring brings fire, enjoyment and people outdoors together.
The cook&grill fire plate is the perfect combination of grill and dining table. The host no longer has to stand alone in the garden corner watching the food, but can prepare and enjoy delicacies together with their guests at the fire plate grill.
The cook&grill firetable has a pre-domed fire plate. This means that fat does not drip into the fire, optimizing a clean combustion.
- To protect the environment, the griller needs a clean and almost smoke-free combustion. When fat and roasting juices drip into the fire, pollutants are created. To prevent this, our 8mm thick plate is pre-domed by 5mm upon delivery.
The edge of the cook&grill fire plate is raised at the rim to prevent fat from dripping onto the ground.
- The raised edge then provides spill protection to the outside. This means no fat drips onto the ground. Advantage: Your patio, clothes, and feet also remain clean.
Various temperature zones on the fire plate open up diverse possibilities.
- Whether it's searing steaks at high temperatures, resting at approx. 50°, or simply cooking vegetables or fish through. There are no limits for the griller. Even a short flambé is possible at any time. This not only offers a perfect show but is also recognizable in the enjoyment of the grilled food.
Grilling is done with wood!
The steak grilling area included in the cook&grill firetable COMPLETE SET guarantees a perfectly seared steak. With the plate lifter, the steak grilling area can be removed at any time, even when hot, and thanks to the WOK attachment, the grill also transforms into the perfect WOK cooking station. Cast iron or wrought iron pans can also be used directly over the fire.
