The rustic iron pans are suitable for all grills and ovens available at Loderfire®.
Description:
These pans are suitable for all types of household stoves such as electric hobs, ceramic hobs, induction, gas, as well as wood/coal stoves, grills, campfires, etc.
The pans are made from the natural element iron, so you can easily cut in the pan.
Instructions for use:
The pans are delivered raw and should be seasoned with oil, salt and raw potato slices before first use (instructions for this are included with each pan).
Iron is a very good heat conductor, so when heating, first work in the lower and then in the middle settings of your stove.
Never rinse iron pans grease-free!
A protective layer of grease should always remain in the pan, so do not put it in the dishwasher and do not use dish soap!
Wipe out the pan with kitchen paper while it is still warm.
Remove any encrustations only with hot water and a dish brush.
Then let it dry well and, if necessary, lightly re-grease.
Always store the iron pan in a dry place, so it will last for generations.
The more you use the pan, the darker the surface will become, which has a positive effect on the quality of the food.
