The ROSSO COMBI ovens for indirect cooking are available in 2 sizes with a trolley including a wood storage compartment. With Combi, you also get the grilling area included.

The dream of cooking and baking has been realized with the COMBI line. A grate grill with an extractor hood for better extraction, including a flue pipe, is attached to the oven. The ash drawer functions as a forced ventilation system and allows for the regulation of combustion air.
