Instructions for use:

The pans are delivered raw and should be seasoned with oil, salt, and raw potato slices before first use (instructions are included with each pan).

Iron is a very good heat conductor, so when heating, first work in the lower and then in the middle settings of your stove.

Never wash iron pans grease-free!
A protective layer of fat should always remain in the pan, so do not put it in the dishwasher and do not use dish soap!

Wipe the pan with kitchen paper while it is still warm.
Remove any crusts only with hot water and a scrubbing brush.
Then let it dry well and, if necessary, lightly re-grease.

Always store the iron pan in a dry place; it will last for generations.
The more you use the pan, the darker the surface will become, which has a beneficial effect on the quality of the cooked food.
